We accept all major debit and credit cards through our online payment gateway which is hosted by Pay Pal.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
You must notify us via email of your return request as soon as possible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any goods back so we know to expect it.

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt & must be returned in their original unused & unworn condition, accompanied with their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
Any worn, used, damaged, scratched, blemished, altered or broken pieces will not be accepted as a return.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR REFUNDS?
You may either request a credit note which is valid for 6 months or a refund. A refund or credit note will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date and will consist of the cost of any unworn and undamaged goods correctly returned including applicable sales tax within the EU. We are unable to refund the cost of International customs duty and sales tax outside the EU and shipping outside of the UK. All refunds will be credited to the original purchasers credit/ debit cards.
WHAT IS VERMEIL?
Gold vermeil (pronounced 'ver-may') is a term used to describe sterling silver items of jewellery which have a thick coating of gold. Vermeil can be a combination of sterling silver, yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold. To be considered vermeil the sterling silver must be coated in at least 9 carat gold and be at least 1.5 micrometres thick. Rosie Sanders uses 18ct gold across all ranges.
CAN I ORDER ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?
Yes. Please send us an email at email@example.com to let us know which product you would like to order and we will get cracking! Most items are made to order so please allow 4-6 weeks for your jewellery to be made and delivered. You will receive an email once the items are despatched so that you know when to expect them.
DO YOU OFFER A BESPOKE SERVICE?
Yes. Should you wish to commission a piece of jewellery, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss your requirements. Commissions, as with bespoke orders, may take longer to produce, sometimes 6 weeks or longer depending on the project. Commissions include any design or personalisation which is not part of the standard ranges shown on the website or in exclusive stockists, unless otherwise stated. Please note that commission quotes/ prices are exclusive of VAT and P&P, and will be added to your invoice. WHAT ARE ROSIE SANDERS JEWELLERY'S ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES?
We do all we can to have as little impact as possible on the environment. Our jewellery packaging is designed to be minimal, recyclable and re-usable and is also manufactured in the UK. All of our printed material is produced using environmentally friendly printers and we only print on 100% recycled papers or paper which is from FSC certified sources using vegetable inks. We also use recycled materials when shipping, where possible. Please remember to re-use and recycle!
